Ben Breedlove posted his “This is my story” videos on Youtube on Dec. 18 and died one week later on Christmas Day. Since then, the videos were viewed over 2 million times. What’s his story?
Ben Breedlove narrated on handwritten flash card notes that he has cheated death 3 times as he has struggled with a dangerous and life threatening illness his whole life. It contained his accounts of near-death experiences – a story that everyone needs to see and reflect. This young man unselfish act of telling about what he had witnessed gives us some sense of direction, a glimpse of what is ahead after we leave this life.
New year..new beginnings..new hope!
Trust in the LORD with all your heart,
And lean not on your own understanding;
In all your ways acknowledge Him,
And He shall direct your paths.
Proverbs 3:5-6 NKJV
Here’s a wonderful rendition of the popular Christmas carol, Silent Night, by a young girl with an angelic voice, Jackie Evancho. Whoa, it makes me chill even it’s summer time here in Sydney, Australia.
Billy Graham Preaching The Reason Jesus Came on His Last Crusade in Camden Yards, Baltimore, Maryland
What a privilege to watch the last crusade of Billy Graham! He is such an admirable man of God who can deliver the strong message of the Gospel of Christ in a very bold and clear manner. I fully respect Billy Graham and I am really annoyed to read and hear people, who claim to be “christian,” accusing or mislabeling Billy Graham to have been “denying Jesus,” “heretic,” or “false prophet.” If you are a Christian, be careful not to quickly judge other or label other Christians.
Hillsong‘s brand new Christmas Album, Hillsong Born is the King , is one of the Christmas collections that worth listening to. The new song Born Is The King (It’s Christmas), (video shown below) is simply great! What a great tune to listen to. The beat suits a Christmas dance step or simply joining the beat by nodding your head. But the most important part is the wonderful message about the birth of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Saviour. A call for celebration and merriment.
“For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.” – John 3:16 NKJV
What Child is this? Why lies He in such mean estate Where ox and ass are feeding? Whom angels greet with anthems sweet While shepherds watch are keeping? He is Jesus Christ! The King of Kings salvation brings; Let loving hearts enthrone Him. This, this is Christ the King! Whom shepherds guard and angels sing. Joy joy for Christ is born!
Happiness does not depend on abundance. It depends on something else. It depends on something deeper. The Bible says in Isaiah There is no peace to the wicked. If you ask me about people who have influenced my life, I can tell you straight away that Billy Graham is one of them. I have a high admiration about Billy Graham’s humility, boldness, and uncompromising preachings. I can spend hours watching him preach or read his books. He is such an inspiration.
Be inspired with this wonderful performance from award winner singer songwriter Josh Groban and the African Children’s Choir.
“Since 1984 over one thousand children have toured as members of the African Children’s Choir. Their message of hope has touched audiences around the world, and changed the lives of thousands more of Africa`s most vulnerable children.
For unto us a Child is born, Unto us a Son is given;
And the government will be upon His shoulder.
And His name will be called
Wonderful, Counselor, Mighty God,
Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.
Of the increase of His government and peace
There will be no end….
….and establish it with judgment and justice
from that time forward, even forever.
(Isaiah 9:6-7 NKJV)

You have to decide to be blessed. This is the day the Lord has made. I will rejoice and be glad in it.
I gonna decide to be happy. I made up my mind. I’m gonna decide to live happily.
Let the past go and step to the future… I will rejoice!
Everythying that is negative. Everything that is holding me back. Everything that is backward. I refuse to take it with me…
