Lovely Christmas Song: “Christmas in Our Hearts” by Jose Mari Chan

This Original Pilipino Music (OPM), “Christmas in Our Hearts” written and sang by the talented Filipino Singer Songwriter Jose Marie Chan, is one of the most popular songs in the Philippines. The lyrics convey the real meaning of Christmas. It’s not about presents. It’s not about Santa Claus. It’s not about the reindeer. It’s about the greatest gift that humanity has ever had! This Christmas, will you accept this precious free gift from God?

“For unto us a Child is born, Unto us a Son is given;
And the government will be upon His shoulder.
And His name will be called Wonderful, Counselor, Mighty God,
Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace. (Isaiah 9:6)

Jesus Christ, the Christ of Christmas, the Reason for this season!

Christmas in Our Hearts
Lyrics and Song by Jose Mari Chan

Whenever I see girls and boys
Selling lanterns on the street
I remember the child in the manger as he sleeps
Wherever there are people
Giving gifts exchanging cards
I believe that Christmas is truly in our hearts
Let’s light our Christmas trees for a bright tomorrow
Where nations are at peace,
And all are one in God

[Chorus:]
Let’s sing Merry Christmas and a happy holiday
This season may we never forget the love we have for Jesus
Let him be the one to guide us as another new year starts
And may the spirit of Christmas be always in our hearts

In every prayer and every song
The community unite celebrating the birth of our savior Jesus Christ
Let love like that starlight on that first Christmas morn
Lead us back to the manger where Christ the child was born
So come let us rejoice
Come and sing the Christmas carol with one big joyful voice
Proclaim the name of the Lord

Let’s sing Merry Christmas and a happy holiday
This season may we never forget the love we have for Jesus
Let him be the one to guide us as another new year starts
And may the spirit of Christmas be always in our hearts

Let’s sing Merry Christmas and a happy holiday
The season may we never forget the love we have for Jesus
Let him be the one to guide us as another new year starts
And may the spirit of Christmas be always in our hearts

CMA Country Christmas : “O Holy Night” by Martina McBride

It’s officially the month of December and it’s gonna be exciting days ahead. For us Christians, Christmas means a lot as we celebrate the birth of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. While there is no proof that December 25 is the exact date when Jesus was born, we are certain that Jesus was born, lived a sinless life, died and rose again.

Christmas won’t be the same without Christmas carols. One of the most popular Christmas songs is “O Holy Night” and the video below was sang by a popular Country Singer Martina McBride.

O Holy Night Lyrics

O Holy Night
The stars are brightly shining
It is the night of our dear Savior’s birth
Long lay the world in sin and error pining

‘Til he appeared
And the soul felt it’s worth
The thrill of hope
The weary world rejoices

For yonder brinks a new and glorious morn
Fall on your knees

O hear the angel voices
O night divine
O night when Christ was born
O night divine
O night, o night divine

O Holy Night
The stars are brightly shining
It is the night of our dear Savior’s birth
Long lay the world

In sin and error-pining
Till he appeared
And the soul felt it’s worth
The thrill of hope

The weary world rejoices
For yonder brinks
A new and glorious morn
Fall on your knees

O hear the angel voices
O night divine
O night when Christ was born
O night divine
O night, o night divine

Christmas is on the air! Jeff & Sheri Easter, husband and wife gospel singers duo, did a wonderful rendition of this song “The Greatest Gift of All.” This song was popularized by country music superstars, Kenny Rogers and Dolly Parton. Jeff & Sheri made adjustment of the lyrics to reflect a more Christ centered message of this song. Be blessed!

The Greatest Gift of All lyrics

Dawn Is Slowly Breaking
Our Friends Have All Gone Home
You And I Are Waiting
For Christmas morn To Come
There’s A Present By The Tree
Stockings On The Wall
But Knowing You’re In Love With Me
Is The Greatest Gift Of All

The Fire Is Slowly Fading
Chill Is In The Air
All The Gifts Are Waiting
For Children Everywhere
Through The Window I Can See
Snow Begin To Fall
Knowing You’re In Love With Me
Is The Greatest Gift Of All

Just Before I Go To Sleep
I Hear A Church Bell Ring
Merry Christmas Everyone
Is The Song It Sings
So I Say A Silent Prayer
For Creatures Great And Small
Peace On Earth, Good Will To Men
Is The Greatest Gift Of All

Peace On Earth, Good Will To Men
Is The Greatest Gift Of All

Martina McBride’s Beautiful Version of “What Child Is This?” with Michael W. Smith (Christmas Song)

Martina Mcbride version of the classic Christmas carol “What Child is This.” Martina McBride is a contemporary country singer. She rose to stardom in the late ’90s, starting out with a more traditionalist approach and later moving into pop-friendlier territory. “What Child is This” Christmas song has been interpreted by music icons like Josh Groban, David Archuleta, Charlotte Church, etc but this version by Martina Mcbride is really good.

What Child Is This Martina Mcbride

What Child is This Lyrics

“What Child Is This?”

What child is this
Who lay to rest
On Mary’s lap is sleeping
Whom angels greet with anthems sweet
While shepherds watch are keeping

So bring him incense, gold and myrrh
Come peasant king to own him
The King of Kings salvation brings
Let loving hearts enthrone him

This, this is Christ the King
Whom shepherds guard and angels sing
Haste, haste to bring him laud
The Babe, the Son of Mary

O raise, raise a song on high
His mother sings a lullaby
Joy, oh joy for Christ is born
The Babe, the son of Mary

This, this is Christ the King
Whom shepherds guard and angels sing
Haste, haste to bring him laud
The Babe, the Son of Mary

What child is this who lay to rest
On Mary’s lap, on Mary’s lap he is sleeping

This, this is Christ the King
Whom shepherds guard and angels sing
Haste, haste to bring him laud
The Babe, the Son of Mary
The Babe, the Son of Mary
The Son of Mary
