Watch this inspiring video of American Marines singing the popular christian song “Days of Elijah.” This song created and performed by Robin Mark appeared on his 1999 album Revival In Belfast.
Days of Elijah Lyrics
Robin Mark
These are the days of Elijah, Declaring the word of the Lord: And these are the days of Your servant Moses, Righteousness being restored.
And though these are days of great trial, Of famine and darkness and sword, Still, we are the voice in the desert crying ‘Prepare ye the way of the Lord!’
Behold He comes riding on the clouds, Shining like the sun at the trumpet call; Lift your voice, it’s the year of jubilee, And out of Zion’s hill salvation comes.
These are the days of Ezekiel, The dry bones becoming as flesh; And these are the days of Your servant David, Rebuilding a temple of praise.
These are the days of the harvest, The fields are as white in Your world, And we are the labourers in Your vineyard, Declaring the word of the Lord!
There’s no God like Jehovah. There’s no God like Jehovah!

I am very inspired to watch this video about this Tribe, known as Kimyal, at Korupun, Papua, Indonesia (formerly Irian Jaya, Indonesia) rejoicing greatly upon receiving their Bible translated in their local language for the first time. This a product of hard working missionaries reaching this Tribe. A noble cause that surely brought legacy in the lives of their families and to the whole world. The labor involved was not easy. Going to these remote villages and befriending these Tribal communities for the first until the missionaries earn their trust and eventually live with them is such a challenging journey. It would have taken decades and lots of prayers involved. Glory to God!
Kimyal Tribe Bible Translated in their Langauge
A Great Multitude from Every Nation
Revelation 7:9-12 9 After this I looked, and behold, a great multitude that no one could number, from every nation, from all tribes and peoples and languages, standing before the throne and before the Lamb, clothed in white robes, with palm branches in their hands, 10 and crying out with a loud voice, “Salvation belongs to our God who sits on the throne, and to the Lamb!” 11 And all the angels were standing around the throne and around the elders and the four living creatures, and they fell on their faces before the throne and worshiped God, 12 saying, “Amen! Blessing and glory and wisdom and thanksgiving and honor and power and might be to our God forever and ever! Amen.”
A very lovely scene to watch. Lovely faces of people.
Their Pastor Praying and thanking God for this wonderful moment.

The Gaither Vocal Band wonderfully sang this old hymn penned by Frederick M. Lehman, entitled “The Love of God.” Lehmam was a California businessman that lost everything through business reverses and was forced to spend his working hours in manual labor. He was working in a Pasadena packing house packing oranges and lemons into wooden crates when he wrote this song after he was inspired by a Sunday sermon at church. Beautiful message and now made alive through the awesome voices of the Gaither Vocal Band. Be blessed!
The Gaither Vocal Band was founded in the early ’80s by renowned Christian music leader Bill Gaither. GVB became one of America’s leading southern gospel vocal groups. While Bill Gaither remained the only original member of the ensemble, many well-regarded CCM/gospel singers have passed through the band’s ranks, including Russ Taff, Guy Penrod, Wes Hampton, Michael English, Mark Lowry, and David Phelps. Today, the Gaither Vocal Band roster is comprised of five power-packed voices, including Bill Gaither, Wes Hampton, Adam Crabb, Todd Suttles and Reggie Smith.
The love of God is greater far Than tongue or pen can ever tell; It goes beyond the highest star, And reaches to the lowest hell; The guilty pair, bowed down with care, God gave His Son to win; His erring child He reconciled, And pardoned from his sin.
Refrain: Oh, love of God, how rich and pure! How measureless and strong! It shall forevermore endure— The saints’ and angels’ song.
When hoary time shall pass away, And earthly thrones and kingdoms fall, When men who here refuse to pray, On rocks and hills and mountains call, God’s love so sure, shall still endure, All measureless and strong; Redeeming grace to Adam’s race— The saints’ and angels’ song.
Could we with ink the ocean fill, And were the skies of parchment made, Were every stalk on earth a quill, And every man a scribe by trade; To write the love of God above Would drain the ocean dry; Nor could the scroll contain the whole, Though stretched from sky to sky.

How can we boast of anything that we have done? The Bible clearly speaks that our good works are like filthy rags. We are depraved as our lives are full of sin. We know that sin separates us from God for He is holy. We will certainly be consumed and not able to stand in His presence. Moreso when we want to dwell in His presence forever. But there is a good news!!! Jesus Christ is the Good News! He offered Himself once and for all as a perfect sacrifice for our sins. He redeemed us. We can be saved by trusting Jesus as our Lord and Savior. After all, He is the only Way, the Truth, and the Life to the Father. Eternal life is in Jesus. In that, we can boast in Christ alone.

If you could see what I once was If you could go with me Back to where I started from Then I know you would see A miracle of love that took me in its sweet embrace And made me what I am today Just an old sinner saved by grace.
I’m just a sinner saved by grace When I stood condemned to death He took my place Now I live and breathe in freedom with each breath of life I take Loved and forgiven Back with the living I’m just a sinner saved by grace
How could I boast of anything I’ve ever seen or done? How could I dare to claim as mine the vict’ries God has won? Where would I be had God not brought me gently to this place? I’m here to say I’m nothing but a sinner saved by grace
I’m just a sinner saved by grace When I stood condemned to death He took my place Now I live and breathe in freedom with each breath of life I take Loved and forgiven Back with the living I’m just a sinner saved by grace

The story of CorrieTen Boom inspired Gospel musicians and couple Bill and Gloria Gaither to write “I Believe in a Hill Called Mt. Calvary.” Corrie Ten Boom is the sole survivor among her family members from the concentration camps during the World War II. Having experienced the horrors of the war in Nazi Germany, Ten Boom’s story is that terrible. Despite such, her experiences became a powerful testimony of her faith in Christ and later resulted in a beautiful song. It is in Mt Calvary where Jesus did the ultimate sacrifice for us all! Praise His most holy Name!

I believe in a hill called mount calvary I believe whatever the cost And when time has surrendered And earth is no more I’ll still cling to the old rugged cross
I believe that this life with its great mysteries Surely someday will come to an end But faith will conquer the darkness and death And will lead at last to my friend
I believe that the Christ Who was slain on the cross Has the power to change lives today For He changed me completely A new life is mine And that is why by the cross I will stay
I believe in a hill called mount calvary I believe whatever the cost And when time has surrendered And earth is no more I’ll still cling to the old rugged cross
