This is a brilliant worship song from Tommy Walker. The lyrics of this song is so profound about the love of God; what Jesus has done; and who He is in our lives. The first stanza goes: “What love the Father has lavished on us. That we should be called His sons and daughters. Precious in His sight; Greater love this world had never seen When He hung on that tree O why would He do such a thing For dirty sinners like you and me?” It’s just so wonderful. I’ve been listening to this song again and again. I am blessed every time. I would definitely practice this song with my guitar. Be blessed.

O God thank You for loving me
When on the cross You made history
Lord You died for me
Forever my praise will go to Thee
O God thank You for choosing me
To be Your child and bear Your name
O Jesus I will never cease to sing Your praise
You are my God, and I will praise you; you are my God, and I will exalt you.(Psalm 118:28)
Brooke Fraser of the Hillsong Live Worship Team led another powerful worship song entitled “I will Exalt You.” Truly, we exalt none other but our God. He alone deserves our worship. We exalt Him forever in heaven and on Earth.
God is Holy. Every Christian knows that. As I am listening to this song from Kari Jobe, I am meditating on the the character of God. He truly is Omniscient (an all knowing God), is Omnipotent (all powerful God) , and Omnipresent (God is everywhere at all times). What a great and mighty God we serve! He knows everything about us. Nothing is hidden before His very eyes. He knows our circumstances and He knows our needs even before we pray or ask.
He is always beside you and me. In our homes, in our cars, in our workplaces. He is in our Sunday Church services, in our weekly Bible Study groups, in our fellowships -online or offline! What a great comfort to know our good Lord is listening and watching over us.
God is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us(Ephesians 3:20). I believe this Word and it’s my foundation for 2012 – a year of breakthrough and abundance be it spiritual, financial, personal or ministry. Our Church pastor has been preaching on God’s favor and he has this revelation of preaching boldly about a year of blessings and abundance. He has been emphasizing on Psalms 23: ” The Lord is my Shepherd, I shall not want.” I have an expectant heart and as I internalize and digest the promises of God. I believe that God is guiding me to position myself, my family, my ministry, and my business to receive significant blessings for 2012. I hope and pray that your expectations and revelations are similar to mine.

8 When He had come down from the mountain, great multitudes followed Him. 2 And behold, a leper came and worshiped Him, saying, “Lord, if You are willing, You can make me clean.”
3 Then Jesus put out His hand and touched him, saying, “I am willing; be cleansed.” Immediately his leprosy was cleansed.
4 And Jesus said to him, “See that you tell no one; but go your way, show yourself to the priest, and offer the gift that Moses commanded, as a testimony to them.”
Matthew 8 New King James Version (NKJV)
Do we have a faith like this man who has been isolated to many people because of his very serious skin disease? He must have heard about what Jesus has been doing. He must have been in the background because lepers don’t mix with people in huge gatherings during those times. Having heard and from out of nowhere, he came forward and worshiped Jesus! He recognized and had faith in the authority and divine power of Jesus over his personal situation.
True enough. Jesus was moved with compassion. Jesus stretched out His hand and touched him, and said to him, “I am willing!” As soon as Jesus had spoken, immediately the leprosy left the man, and he was cleansed.
Are we willing for Jesus to speak into our current situation? Do we trust in His authority and divine power to turn our situations around? Have we asked Him the way the leper approached Jesus?
” Those who by faith apply to Christ for mercy and grace, may be sure that he is freely willing to give them the mercy and grace they thus seek. And those afflictions are blessed that bring us to know Christ, and cause us to seek help and salvation from him. Let those who are cleansed from their spiritual leprosy, go to Christ’s ministers and open their case, that they may advise, comfort, and pray for them.” – Matthew Henry
