Thank You, Lord, For Your Blessings Lyrics

While the world looks upon me
As I struggle alone
And they say I have nothing
But they are so wrong
In my heart I’m rejoicing
And how I wish they could see

Thank You Lord
For Your blessings on me

There’s a roof up above me
I’ve a good place to sleep
There’s food on my table
And shoes on my feet
You gave me Your love Lord
And a fine family

Thank You Lord
For Your blessings on me

I know I’m not wealthy
And these clothes, they’re not new
I don’t have much money
But Lord I have You
And that’s all that matters
Though the world may not see

Thank You Lord
For Your blessings on me

There’s a roof up above me
I’ve a good place to sleep
There’s food on my table
And shoes on my feet
You gave me Your love Lord
And a fine family

Thank You Lord
For all Your blessings on me

You gave me Your love Lord
And a fine family
Thank You Lord
For Your blessings on me

Spectacular “Nearer My God To Thee” Choir Performance by BYU Men’s Chorus

WATCH this spectacular performance of the “Nearer, My God, to Thee” by the Brigham Young University (BYU) Men’s Chorus. This all male choir is one of the largest collegiate male choral organizations with 180-voice ensemble! They sang this very popular 19th-century Christian hymn by Sarah Flower Adams. It tells the story of Jacob’s dream in Genesis 28:11–12: “So he came to a certain place and stayed there all night because the sun had set. And he took one of the stones of that place and put it at his head, and he lay down in that place to sleep. Then he dreamed, and behold, a ladder was set up on the earth, and its top reached to heaven; and there the angels of God were ascending and descending on it…”

Nearer My God to Thee Lyrics

Nearer, my God, to Thee, nearer to Thee!
E’en though it be a cross that raiseth me,
Still all my song shall be, nearer, my God, to Thee.

Refrain:
Nearer, my God, to Thee, nearer to Thee!

Though like the wanderer, the sun gone down,
Darkness be over me, my rest a stone;
Yet in my dreams I’d be nearer, my God, to Thee.

There let the way appear, steps unto Heav’n;
All that Thou sendest me, in mercy giv’n;
Angels to beckon me nearer, my God, to Thee.

Then, with my waking thoughts bright with Thy praise,
Out of my stony griefs Bethel I’ll raise;
So by my woes to be nearer, my God, to Thee.

Or, if on joyful wing cleaving the sky,
Sun, moon, and stars forgot, upward I’ll fly,
Still all my song shall be, nearer, my God, to Thee.

There in my Father’s home, safe and at rest,
There in my Savior’s love, perfectly blest;
Age after age to be nearer, my God, to Thee.

Awesome Soldiers Worshipping! Watch American Marines Singing “Days of Elijah”

Watch this inspiring video of American Marines singing the popular christian song “Days of Elijah.” This song created and performed by Robin Mark appeared on his 1999 album Revival In Belfast.

Days of Elijah Lyrics

Robin Mark

These are the days of Elijah,
Declaring the word of the Lord:
And these are the days of Your servant Moses,
Righteousness being restored.

And though these are days of great trial,
Of famine and darkness and sword,
Still, we are the voice in the desert crying
‘Prepare ye the way of the Lord!’

Behold He comes riding on the clouds,
Shining like the sun at the trumpet call;
Lift your voice, it’s the year of jubilee,
And out of Zion’s hill salvation comes.

These are the days of Ezekiel,
The dry bones becoming as flesh;
And these are the days of Your servant David,
Rebuilding a temple of praise.

These are the days of the harvest,
The fields are as white in Your world,
And we are the labourers in Your vineyard,
Declaring the word of the Lord!

There’s no God like Jehovah.
There’s no God like Jehovah!

Watch Concert: Primitive Quartet and Archie Watkins & Smoky Mountain Reunion

I stumbled on this video on Youtube and I really enjoyed listening to the songs of the Primitive Quartet and Archie Watkins & Smoky Mountain Reunion (The Original Inspirations). I don’t know much about these groups but I suppose that they are very popular. It’s just awesome to see Godly men singing christian or gospel songs and spreading the Word of God in their music ministry.

You Are My All in All Lyrics

You are my strength when I am weak
You are the treasure that I seek
You are my all in all
Seeking You as a precious jewel
Lord, to give up I’d be a fool
You are my all in all

Jesus, Lamb of God, Worthy is Your name
Jesus, Lamb of God, Worthy is Your name

Taking my sin, my cross, my shame
Rising again I bless Your name
You are my all in all
When I fall down You pick me up
When I am dry You fill my cup
You are my all in all
