Three Things You Cannot Do Without by Dr Billy Graham

As a committed Christian, what are the three things you cannot do without? Famous Author Immanuel Kant says: “We are not rich by what we possess but by what we can do without.” Can we live happily with internet, without television, without mobile phone, or any other worldly stuff? The Bible teaches us that there are three things that we cannot do without. Dr. Billy Graham discussed it profoundly and passionately. You need to watch this video to find out.

Do You Live for Eternity?

Is the life that you are living now have eternal significance? Is it worth the life of Jesus Christ when He died for you? Are you prepared to stand confidently before the judgment seat of God? These are tough questions to ask but these serve as alarm when you are slumbering, carousing, or overwhelmed by the cares of this world. In Luke 21:34 (NKJV) it says: “But take heed to yourselves, lest your hearts be weighed down with carousing, drunkenness, and cares of this life, and that Day come on you unexpectedly.” And in Romans 13:13, it carries the same warning saying: “Let us behave decently, as in the daytime, not in carousing and drunkenness, not in sexual immorality and debauchery, not in dissension and jealousy.”

Live for Eternity Bible Verses

He has made everything beautiful in its time. Also, he has put eternity into man’s heart, yet so that he cannot find out what God has done from the beginning to the end.Ecclesiastes 3:11 ESV

For thus says the One who is high and lifted up, who inhabits eternity, whose name is Holy: “I dwell in the high and holy place, and also with him who is of a contrite and lowly spirit, to revive the spirit of the lowly, and to revive the heart of the contrite.Isaiah 57:15 ESV

In My Father’s house are many mansions; if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. 3And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you to Myself; that where I am, there you may be also.John 14:2-3 NKJV

Truly, truly, I say to you, whoever hears my word and believes him who sent me has eternal life. He does not come into judgment, but has passed from death to life.John 5:24 ESV

Live for Eternity Quote:

These olympians, how, how majestic they are, but only for a moment. They start training when they are four and five years old, they never do anything but train until they’re twenty-two, they run a nine-second race for a medal they hang up and that’s it! – Paul Washer

Must Watch: Zac Poonen – Deception in the Last Days

What will be the sign of your coming? Matthew 24 verse 3. What is the first thing Jesus said? Not about Israel, not about wars, not about tsunamis, not about earthquakes! What is the first thing? He said, make sure nobody deceives you. Deception is going to be one of the greatest characteristics of the last days and that’s the only thing he kept on repeating. Wars and rumors of wars he said in 1 verse verse 6 and never mentioned it again. Israel, if you count Israel as the fig tree he mentioned it in verse 32 once and that was it. But when it comes to deception he kept on repeating it. See to it that no one misleads you verse 4 verse 11 many false prophets will arise and mislead many again, deception. And again it’s he says in those verse 23 if someone says to you that here is Christ and there’s Christ don’t believe them because many false Christ’s false prophets will arise and even show great signs and wonders to deceive if possible even the elect behold I have told you in advance verse 25 deception is going to be the greatest characteristic of the last days..” – Zac Poonen. Billy Graham’s The Truth About Hapiness

If you ask me about people who have influenced my life, I can tell you straight away that Billy Graham is one of them. I have a high admiration about Billy Graham’s humility, boldness, and uncompromising preachings. I can spend hours watching him preach or read his books. He is such an inspiration.

Today, I am featuring a synopsis of his preaching about happiness. I watched this video several times and on the process, I scribbled his message. Read on.

Billy Graham on Hapiness

Happiness does not depend on abundance. It depends on something else. It depends on something deeper. The Bible says in Isaiah There is no peace to the wicked.

There will be no peace in your heart if you don’t know God. You will be like a restless sea. If you look at the sea and see how restless it is, that like the heart of a person that doesn’t know Christ.  Do not be deceived God is not mocked; for whatever a man sows, that he will also reap

Blessed are those  whose transgressions are forgiven, whose sins are covered.(Romans 4:7) The word “Blessed” means happy! If you have your sins forgiven and your inequities  have been covered by the blood of Christ, then there is happiness, there is joy, and there is peace. And God can forgive sin because of the cross. God send His Son, the Lord Jesus Christ, to die on the cross and He put all of your  sin on Him. Jesus was the sin bearer. He became the scapegoat. He took all the penalty for your sin.
“I love you and I can forgive you!” – God
There is hope!

David Wilkerson – Trusting God with All Your Tomorrows

Today, I stumbled to this preaching of the late David Wilkerson. He was the Founding Pastor of Times Square Church in New York City. He was called to New York in 1958 to minister to gang members and drug addicts, as told in the best-selling book, The Cross and the Switchblade. I must confess that after I read his book, I am deeply impacted of his heart for Christ. What a faithful servant of God he was. Again, with this preaching, “Trusting God with All Your Tomorrows,” I found encouragement and inspiration as I face this New Year. It’s true, we have tendencies to worry about tomorrow. It is very easy to worry and be anxious of what will happen to us. The devil keeps pointing to us of our failure and putting us down in depression. David Wilkerson in this preaching shared the life of Abraham and the Apostle Paul about handling our future. I encourage you to watch the full video below and make sure you SHARE to people you care who might be needing to hear this message. – Thor

David Wilkerson Trusting God with All Your Tomorrows

Do Not Worry

Let your affliction be the message of Christs faithfulness
“Therefore I say to you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or what you will drink; nor about your body, what you will put on. Is not life more than food and the body more than clothing? Look at the birds of the air, for they neither sow nor reap nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not of more value than they? Which of you by worrying can add one cubit to his stature?

“So why do you worry about clothing? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow: they neither toil nor spin; and yet I say to you that even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these. Now if God so clothes the grass of the field, which today is, and tomorrow is thrown into the oven, will He not much more clothe you, O you of little faith?

“Therefore do not worry, saying, ‘What shall we eat?’ or ‘What shall we drink?’ or ‘What shall we wear?’ For after all these things the Gentiles seek. For your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. 33 But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you. Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about its own things. Sufficient for the day is its own trouble.”  (Matthew 6: 25-35 NKJV)
