He’s Still the King of kings! What a powerful declaration about the Lord Jesus Christ. He is the King of kings and the Lord of lords. Gaither Vocal Band is truly a great group to listen to. Reggie Smith, Wes Hampton, Adam Crabb, Todd Suttle, and Bill Gaither himself as usual produced a wonderful blend of voices in this Christmas gospel song. They are such a blessing! The Gaither Vocal Band was founded in the early ’80s by renowned Christian music leader Bill Gaither. GVB became one of America’s leading southern gospel vocal groups. While Bill Gaither remained the only original member of the ensemble, many well-regarded CCM/gospel singers have passed through the band’s ranks, including Russ Taff, Guy Penrod, Wes Hampton, Michael English, Mark Lowry, and David Phelps. Smith, and featured on Michael W. Smith latest 2014 holiday album The Spirit of Christmas taken from his first holiday album Christmas (1989)

Carrie Underwood was born on March 10, 1983, Muskogee, Oklahoma, U.S.A.. She is an American country music performer who rose to stardom when she won the American Idol in 2005. She received the top prize of a recording contract with 19 Recordings/Arista Records, and the resulting album, Some Hearts (2005), was a massive commercial hit, eventually selling more than seven million copies and cementing Underwood’s status as one of American Idol’s most successful alumni. In 2007 she won Grammy Awards for best new artist and best female country vocal performance. Carrie returned to American Idol in 2007, performing a cover of the Pretenders’ “I’ll Stand by You.” Made available as a single on Apple’s iTunes service, the song was downloaded more than 300,000 times and became the first digital-only release to crack the top 10 of the Billboard singles chart. At the 2007 Country Music Association (CMA) Awards, Underwood claimed single-of-the-year honours for the feisty revenge song “Before He Cheats.” Her second album, Carnival Ride (2007), sold more than half a million copies in its first week of release, and in early 2008 she was inducted as a member of the Grand Ole Opry.
