“Home, Where I Belong” – Mark Lowry, Michael English, Bill Gaither, David Phelps

Where do we belong? Well, I’m heading home. I’m going home where I belong! This is truly a beautiful song sang by four great gospel artists Mark Lowry, Michael English, Bill Gaither, and David Phelps of the Gaither Vocal Band. Watch and be blessed!

“The Gaither Vocal Band is an American southern gospel vocal group, named after its founder and leader Bill Gaither. On March 1, 2017, it was announced that the Gaither Vocal Band lineup consisted of Reggie Smith, Wes Hampton, Adam Crabb, Todd Suttles, and Bill Gaither. Although the group started out recording contemporary Christian music in the 1980s, it became known for southern gospel after the popularity of the Gaither Homecoming videos.” (Source: Wikipedia)

Home, Where I Belong Lyrics

They say heaven’s pretty and living here is too
But if they said, Mark you’re gonna have to choose between the two
I’d go home, going home where I belong

Sometimes when I’m dreaming it comes as no surprise
That if you look and see that homesick feeling in my eyes
I’m headed home, I’m going home where I belong

While I’m here I’ll serve Him gladly and sing Him all these songs
I’m here, but not for long

When I’m feeling lonely, when I’m feeling blue
It’s such a joy to know I am only passing through
I’m headed home, I’m going home where I’ll finally belong

But while I’m here I’ll serve Him gladly and sing Him all these songs
Well, I’m here, but not for long

And one day I’ll be sleeping when death knocks on my door
And I’ll awake to find that I’m not homesick anymore
I’ll be home, finally be home where I belong

“No More Night” – David Phelps’ Powerful Song and Lovely Performance

Revelation 22:5-6 says these: “There will be no more night in the city, and they will have no need for the light of a lamp or of the sun. For the Lord God will shine on them, and they will reign forever and ever. 6Then the angel said to me, “These words are faithful and true. The Lord, the God of the spirits of the prophets, has sent His angel to show His servants what must soon take place.” This is the main message of this beautiful song of David Phelps entitled “No More Night.” What a beautiful promise for all believers in the Lord Jesus Christ! Amen.

No More Night Lyrics

Song by David Phelps

The timeless theme, Earth and Heaven will pass away
It’s not a dream, God will make all things new that day
Gone is the curse from which I stumbled and fell
Evil is banished to eternal hell

No more night, no more pain
No more tears, never crying again
And praises to the great, “I am”
We will live in the light of the risen Lamb

See all around, now the nations bow down to sing
The only sound is the praises to Christ, our King
Slowly the names from the book are read
I know the King, so there’s no need, no need to dread

No more night, no more pain
No more tears, never crying again
And praises to the great, “I am”
We will live in the light of the risen Lamb

See over there, there’s a mansion
Oh, that’s prepared just for me
Where I will live with my Savior eternally

And there will be no more night, no more pain
No more, no more tears, never crying again
And praises to the great, “I am”
We will live in the light of the risen Lamb

All praises to the great, “I am”
We’re gonna live in the lights of the risen Lamb

I Believe in a Hill Called Mount Calvary

Song by Gaither Vocal Band

I believe in a hill called Mount Calvary
I believe whatever the cost
And when time has surrendered
And earth is no more
I’ll still cling to the old rugged cross

I believe that this life with its great mysteries
Surely someday will come to an end
Oh, but faith will conquer the darkness and death
And will lead at last to my friend

I believe that the Christ
Who was slain on the cross
Has the power to change lives today

For He changed me completely
A new life is mine
That is why by the cross
I will stay

I believe in a hill called Mount Calvary
I believe whatever the cost
And when time has surrendered
And earth is no more
I’ll still cling to the old rugged cross

Tell Me the Story of Jesus Lyrics

Song by Eddy Arnold

Tell me the story of Jesus write on my heart every word
Tell me the story most precious sweetest that ever was heard
Tell how the angels in chorus sang as they welcomed his birth
Glory to Thy in the highest peace and the tidings to earth

Tell me the story of Jesus

Tell of the cross where they nailed him right in the anguish and pain
Tell of the grave where they laid him tell how he lived it again
(Tell me the story so tender clearer than ever I see
Still let me weep while you whisper love great and grand some for me)

Tell me the story of Jesus

Take My Hand, Precious Lord Lyrics

Precious Lord, take my hand,
Lead me on, help me stand,
I am tired, I am weak, I am worn;
Through the storm, through the night,
Lead me on to the light:

Take my hand, precious Lord,
Lead me home.

When my way grows drear,
Precious Lord, linger near,
And when my life is almost gone,
Hear my cry, hear my call,
Hold my hand lest I fall:Take my hand, precious Lord,
Lead me home.

When the dark appears
And the night draws near,
And the day is past and gone,
At the river I’ll stand,
Guide my feet, hold my hand:

Take my hand, precious Lord,
Lead me home.

Take my hand, precious Lord,
Lead me home.
