Can A Homosexual Go To Heaven?

By

On August 13, 2024

In Evangelism, Headline, Preaching/Sermons

When a person has a negative view on Christian faith and the Bible but consider himself as a gay Christian; thinks that what he is doing is normal; and believes being gay is not sin; will God will accept him if he does not change? John Piper of Desiring God Ministries carefully and fully answered this question using Bible verses explaining what God has to say on this issue.

What Does the Bible Say About Homosexuality?

For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature: And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompence of their error which was meet. And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient; Being filled with all unrighteousness, fornication, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness; full of envy, murder, debate, deceit, malignity; whisperers,Backbiters, haters of God, despiteful, proud, boasters, inventors of evil things, disobedient to parents,Without understanding, covenantbreakers, without natural affection, implacable, unmerciful:Who knowing the judgment of God, that they which commit such things are worthy of death, not only do the same, but have pleasure in them that do them.”(Romans 1:26-32)

“Do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived. Neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor homosexuals,[a] nor sodomites, nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners will inherit the kingdom of God.” (1 Corinthians 6:9-10)

Because He Lives Lyrics

Alabama

Because He lives, I can face tomorrow
Because He lives, all fear is gone
Because I know He holds my future
And life is worth the living
Just because He lives

Because He lives, I can face tomorrow
Because He lives, all fear is gone
Because I know He holds my future
And life is worth the living
Just because He lives

God sent His son they called Him, Jesus
He came to love, heal and forgive
He lived and died to buy my pardon
An empty grave is there to prove my Savior lives

Because He lives, I can face tomorrow
Because He lives, all fear is gone
Because I know He holds my future
And life is worth the living
Just because He lives

How sweet to hold a newborn baby
And feel the pride and joy he gives
But greater still that calm assurance
This child can face uncertain days because He lives

And then one day I’ll cross the river
I’ll fight life’s final war with pain
And then, as death gives way to vict’ry
I’ll see the lights of glory and I’ll know He lives

Because He lives, I can face tomorrow
Because He lives, all fear is gone
Because I know He holds my future
And life is worth the living
Just because He lives
And life is worth the living
Just because He lives

And life is worth the living
Just because He lives

Christian Testimony: Davey Falcus – From Gangland To God

By

On August 13, 2024

In Headline, Inspirational, testimonies

Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new.

This is the amazing story of Davey Falcus also know as Tams, a notorious North East England Gangster. He had a reputation of violence in his city. A hitman, a robber, and a well known convict. He was jailed for various crimes he committed. But he had an encounter with Jesus Christ that totally transformed him. He relates:

Davey Falcus – From Gangland To God

“On the 16th August 1995, I picked up a bible that had been left in our house by a friend. It said ‘He who seeks finds’. Totally desperate and on the edge of suicide, I called out to Jesus Christ asking for forgivness, I shouted untill I got a response. To my utter amazement a bright light filled the room, it was brighter than the sun. Wave after wave of pure bliss rolled over my body, I looked up and Jesus was standing over me shining in all His Glory, He said;’ Son, your sins are forgiven, go now and sin no more’. At that moment a 15 year drug habit was broken instantly, also my desire for alcohol left me. The voices became silent for the first time in many years and a beautiful peace entered my body.
I had become what is known as ‘born again’ (John 3:3). The anger, violence, fear and paranoia was now gone! I felt brand new! It was the most beautiful (and fearful!) experience in my life! Over the past ten years I’ve got to know Jesus on a personal level he has totally transformed my life. He showed me he had a plan for my life, he has helped me to overcome many problems in my life and that has allowed me to help others. I was baptised in the Holy Spirit in 1997 (ActsCh 2) and have since travelled the world having many adventures with God” From Davey Falcus’s site (http://www.daveyfalcus.com)

Today Davey travels the world telling other’s of the life changing message of Jesus Christ. Watch his video testimony that was produced by Word Out Productions.

Revive Us Again Lyrics

Gaither Vocal Band

We praise Thee O God!
For the son of Thy love
For Jesus who have died
And now is gone above

Halleluiah, Thine the glory!
Halleluiah, amen!
Halleluiah, Thine the glory!
Revive us again…

We praise Thee, o God!
For the Spirit of Light
Who has shown us our Saviour
And scatterred our nigh

Halleluiah, Thine the glory!
Halleuiah, amen!
Halleluiah, Thine the glory!
Revive us again

Oh, glory and praise
To the Lamb that was slain
Who have born all our sin and cleanse every stain

Halleluiah, Thine the glory!
Halleluiah, amen!
Halleluiah, Thine the glory!
Revive us again

Halleluiah, Thine the glory!
Halleluiah, amen!
Halleuiah, Thine the glory!
Revive us again
Revive us again…

Search Me Lord Lyrics

Song by Gaither Vocal Band

I read, You said, You’d never leave or forsake me
If I would just believe
I read, You said, Your love is everlasting
With me You will be

You are my wings when I’m falling, flying through the air
Your hand lifts me up
My Lord, my God, You’re always there
You hear my voice when I’m calling, take away my fear
Your Spirit in me

My Lord, my God You’re always there
I read, You said, if I ascend to the Heavens
You would be there too
I read, You said, You will search and know me
You’ll see me through

You are my wings when I’m falling, flying through the air
Your hand lifts me up
My Lord, my God, You’re always there

You hear my voice when I’m calling, take away my fear
Your Spirit in me
My Lord, my God You’re always there

Based on everything that I’ve heard
I will spend my life, standing on the Word
You are my wings when I’m falling, flying through the air
Your hand lifts me up
My Lord, my God, You’re always there

You hear my voice when I’m calling, take away my fear
Your Spirit in me
My Lord, my God You’re always there

You are my wings when I’m falling, flying through the air
Your hand lifts me up
My Lord, my God, You’re always there

You hear my voice when I’m calling, take away my fear
Your Spirit in me
My Lord, my God You’re always there
