Cliff Barrows is a well-known personality in historic and powerful evangelistic ministry of Billy Graham. He led the choir in Billy Graham Crusades that happened worldwide. This time, he led the classic hymn “Blessed Assurance” at the Gaither Homecoming Tent Revival Concert at Billy Graham Library sometime in 2012!
