The Love of God

boundless as infinity

it is unfathomable

Yet its intensity is like thousands of sun

The Love of God

is no respecter of person

an antidote for poisonous pride

Who you are and what you do is immaterial

For you are special in God’s eyes

The Love of God

brings sinners to repentance

sets the captives free

addiction, bondage, and guilt are history

Grace is the language; Forgiveness is eternity

The Love of God

fills our emptiness and inadequacies

it leads us to a life of purpose

a life well-lived, meaningful one

And that starts in a relationship with Jesus Christ

Today is the acceptable day of the Lord

Ask Jesus to come into your life

Surrender your life to Him for He can be trusted

and surely, the love of God will flow in your life abundantly.

I scribbled this poem while I was sitting in a bench

inside a mall’s playground waiting for my son to finish playing

with other kids.

God will make a way! Yes, He will. Do you believe it? Pastor Don Moen, an American singer-songwriter, puts it like this in his song:”God will make a way Where there seems to be no way. He works in ways we cannot see; He will make a way for me.” That is faith at work. Having an expectant heart from a miracle working God.

But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him. (Hebrews 11:6 NKJV) We must first believe that God exist in our world. As we go to Him in worship or in prayer, we recognize His authority in our lives and He promised that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him.

Be blessed by this worship song by Hillsong entitled “Hosanna” with Brooke Fraser as the worship leader. The lyrics are so beautifully and powerfully put together inspiring us to the deepest of our bones!

“Hosanna” is the cry of praise or adoration shouted in recognition of the Messiahship of Jesus on his entry into Jerusalem, Hosanna! Blessed is the one who comes in the name of the Lord!(Matthew 21:9) It is used in the same way in Christian praise.

Overall, it seems that “Hosanna” is a cry for salvation; while at the same time is a declaration of praise. Therefore, it may be derived that this plea for help is out of an agreeably positive connotation.
