Hillsong This I Believe – is probably one of the best songs in Hillsong Live’s 23rd worship album that was released recently. The background of this song started on social media when John Dickson, co-founder of the Centre for Public Christianity and senior Anglican minister in Sydney, Australia asked and posted on Facebook, “Can someone with real Hillsong contacts please urge their brilliant songwriters to put the Apostles’ Creed to inspiring music. They’d be doing mainstream Christianity an enormous favour.” He also tweeted the same request to Hillsong. Cassandra Langton, Hillsong’s Creative Director, came to know about and responded and tweeted her reply to John within 24 hours and said: “We shall have a go!!!” This began a production process for Hillsong’s new song This I believe, sung at Hillsong services and during recent Hillsong’s Colour Women’s Conference.

The Hillsong Worship team consists among others Reuben Morgan, Ben Fielding, Matt Crocker, Joel Houston, Nigel Hendroff, Autumn Hardman, Annie Garratt, Jad Gillies, David Ware, and Taya Smith.

Do Not Let Your Heart Be Troubled …

“Do not let your hearts be troubled. You believe in God; believe also in me. While we are waiting for Christ, we thank the Holy Spirit who is our helper, comforter, and teacher. This thoughts from Billy Graham tell us more about the Holy Spirit: “The moment that we receive Christ as Savior, the Holy Spirit comes to live in our heart. Our Body becomes the temple of the Holy Spirit, and the Holy Spirit helps us live the Christian life. There is not a person anywhere who can be a Christian without the Holy Spirit. There is not a person who can follow Christ without the help of the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit sees everything that goes on. He knows what goes on in our hearts. He knows what goes on in our minds. Nothing is hidden from Him.”

James tells his story about how pornography made him a slave since his teenage years. He is sharing his testimony to give glory to our Lord Jesus Christ. Pornography get hold of him just by browsing some magazines at a grocery then he move on to adult magazines and internet. He resorted to lying to his parents just to cover things that he is doing alright. He was consumed. He was controlled by it. His impulse of looking to pornography was so great. He said he was fool back then then even though he knew that he has prayed the sinners prayer.
